Sastanak Radne skupine za izradu Pravilnika o sigurnosti pomorske plovidbe

U HHI-u je u prošli petak (12.07.2013.) održan sastanak Radne skupine za izradu Pravilnika o sigurnosti pomorske plovidbe. Osim imenovanih članova u radu radne skupine sudjelovao je g. Lukša Čičovački kao predstavnik nadležnog ministarstva (MMPI), te voditelji triju VTS centara, g. Ivo Šantić (Rijeka), g. Ivan Paušić (Split) i g. Frano Udović (Dubrovnik). Od strane HHI-a na sastanku su sudjelovali g. Željko Bradarić, pomoćnik ravnatelja HHI-a, i g. Danijel Pušić, zamjenik načelnika Nautičkog odjela. S obzirom da je pravilnik stupio na snagu 01.07.2013. jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bila je implementacija odredbi Pravilnika o obvezi pružanja informacija o hrvatskom VTS-u korisnicima (pomorcima na brodovima) u službenim izdanjima HHI-a, a prema strukturi i sadržaju u skladu s Tehničkim rezolucijama Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije. Bila je to prilika za upoznavanje i razmjenu mišljenja po još nekim pitanjima vezanih uz sigurnost plovidbe, a posebice o aktualnoj temi službenih elektroničkih navigacijskih karta (ENC) koje se nalaze u upotrebi na svim konzolama (ECDIS-a) u VTS centrima u Rijeci, Splitu i Dubrovniku.
