JASPPer, Edukacija lokalnih nadležnih institucija o regulatornim zahtjevima i praksama monitoringa

Dana 28.11.2013. u Tivtu, Hotel Magnolija (Trg Magnolija 2A) od 11:15 - 13:15 održana je edukacija lokalnih nadležnih institucija o regulatornim zahtjevima i praksama monitoringa mora na projektu „JASPPer“ sa jedinicama lokalne i regionalne samouprave kao i predstavnicima javnih ustanova i firmi nadležnih za upravljanje vodama i morem.

Edukaciji je prisustvovalo 24 sudionika.

  • - Uvodnu riječ, predstavljanje projekta i partnera kao i prezentaciju monitoringa površinskih voda u Crnoj Gori iznio je koordinator projekta mr Pavle Đurašković iz Zavoda za hidrometeorologiju i seizmologiju Crne Gore.
  • - Dr Aleksandar Joksimović, predstavnik Instituta za biologiju mora Kotor objasnio je stanje i perspektivu morkog ribarstva u Crnoj Gori.
  • - Predstavnik Hrvatskog hidrografskog instituta iz Splita, dr.sc. Tonći Panžić prezentirao je Okvirnu direktivu o morskoj strategiji i njenu primjenu u Hrvatskoj i Crnoj Gori .
  • - Predstavnik Instituta za more i priobalje, dr.sc. Enis Hrustić predstavio je metodologiju i plan istraživanja uticaja ispusta otpadnih voda u pograničnim područjima Republike Hrvatske i Crne Gore.

Edukacija je završena diskusijom i konzultacijom sa sudionicima s ciljem aktivnog uključivanja, razmjene ideja i saznanja vezanih za implementaciju Okvirne direktive o morskoj strategiji.
