HHI participated at the Career day of the University of Zadar Maritime department

The Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia (HHI) participated at the Career day of the University of Zadar Maritime department held on 17 April 2026. This event was an opportunity for the students to inquire about current labour market conditions.

In direct conversation and interaction with the students of nautical and marine engineering studies, HHI presented its own activities and projects, its long-standing experience in nautical cartography, hydrographic research of the sea and sea bed, ensuring the safe navigation of ships by issuing official nautical charts and publications. HHI also presented its activities as the National Coordinator for Maritime Safety Information (MSI). Additionally, HHI presented the Croatian Marine Spatial Data Portal “GeoAdriatic” which provides search and view services for marine spatial data, and e-services from the scope of HHI.
