HHI Director at EuroSDR Board of Delegates meeting in Zagreb

The Director of the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia, Vinka Kolić Bubić, participated as one of the key speakers at the EuroSDR Board of Delegates meeting held in Zagreb on 13 and 14 November 2025. The Director presented the Institute’s activities related to the Marine Spatial Data Infrastructure (MSDI) with special emphasis on the development of HHI’s Geoportal and its integration with the National Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Croatian State Geodetic Administration.

This prominent event gathered experts and representatives from national cartographic, geodetic, and research institutions across Europe aiming to exchange knowledge, encourage cooperation and promote latest achievements with regards to spatial data and their infrastructure.

The organisation is a network of delegates from national organisations and research institutes, academic community, private sector, and industry. Its vision is to provide research results and a platform for spatial technology development with respect to optimising the collection, management, and distribution of spatial data as well as development of new technologies related to spatial data infrastructure.
