Razmjena iskustava među partnerskim institucijama - trening mladih istraživača

Dana 19. i 20.12.2013. u Kotoru u prostorijama Instituta za biologiju mora, održana je razmjena iskustava između partnerskih institucija koje provode projekt „JASPPer“ i obuka mladih istraživača na temu istraživanja i analiza bioloških parametara kvaliteta morske vode.

Dr.sc. Aleksandar Joksimović iz Instituta za biologiju mora upoznao je sudionike sa projektom JASPPer uz predstavljanje općih i specifičnih ciljeva, aktivnosti i očekivanih rezultata projekta.

Održane su prezentacije predstavnika Insituta za biologiju mora iz Kotora kao i predstavnika Instituta za more i priobalje iz Dubrovnika:

  • „Ispitivanje i analiza bioloških parametara kvaliteta morske vode – metodologija uzorkovanja i obrade fitoplanktona i zooplanktona“. Dragana Drakulović i Branka Pestorić upoznale su sudionike s općim informacijama o zooplanktonu i fitoplanktonu, metodologiji i obradi uzoraka i laboratorijskim analizama kao i problemima koji se javljaju pri uzorkovanjima zooplanktona.
  • „Eutrofikacija i zagađivači u moru“. Doc.dr.sc. Enis Hrusić govorio je o nutrijentima u moru, limitaciji rasta fitoplanktona, eutrofikaciji, zagađivačima u moru, hipoksiji i anoksiji u moru te analizi pigmenata u fitoplanktonu. 
Nakon prezentacija sudionici su posjetili laboratorije za biološka, mikrobiološka i kemijska ispitivanja, te su upoznati su s priborom i metodologijom rada na terenu.
