GIS ODYSSEY 2011 Conference was held in Lovran, 5-9 September 2011, organised by the Croatian Information Technology Association – GIS Forum (Croatia), Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (Croatia), University of Silesia, Faculty of Computer Science and Materials Science, Faculty of Earth Science (Poland), SILGIS Association (Poland), and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (Poland). Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia was co-organizer and patron of the event. The conference had about 50 participants.

„Activities of the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia and IPA Implementation Procedure“ (authors: Jurić, Kasum, Jeličić) and
„Ergonomic Aspect of the Use of Colours on Charts“ (authors: Jeličić, Gržetić, Kasum).
