On 15 October 2025, for the third year in a row, the Hydrographic Institute welcomed a new generation of fifth-year students of the University of Defence and Security “Dr. Franjo Tuđman”, Naval studies. The students were, one again, accompanied by Professor Toni Meštrović. Tonći Panžić, PhD, Director’s Assistant for Safety of Navigation and Cartography, held lectures and a presentation on the current activities and work of the Institute. The visit was organised as part of exercises in “Use of hydrography in naval operations”, to give students further educational experience and an insight into the importance of hydrography in naval operations.
This visit is a continuation of traditional students’ visits to the Hydrographic Institute.
