VAŽNA OBAVIJEST – COVID-19

Sukladno Uputi Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave od 2. studenog 2020. godine, za vrijeme trajanja epidemije bolesti COVID-19, Hrvatski hidrografski institut nastavlja redovno poslovati i komunicirati sa strankama.

U svrhu smanjenja rizika od širenja epidemije upućujemo naše cijenjene stranke da sa Institutom prvenstveno komuniciraju putem telefonskih i elektroničkih sredstava komunikacije.

Ukoliko zahtjev stranke nije moguće riješiti bez njezine prisutnosti, rad sa strankom obavit će se uz prethodnu najavu elektroničkim ili telefonskim putem.

Zahtjevi i najave dolaska se zaprimaju putem:

  • telefona na broj: 021/ 308-803
  • faxa na broj: 021/347-242
  • elektroničke pošte na adresu: office@hhi.hr 
  • poštom na adresu: Zrinsko-Frankopanska 161, 2100 Split

Prilikom ulaska u zgradu Instituta, strankama će se izmjeriti tjelesna temperatura.

! Stranke su obvezne dezinficirati ruke prilikom ulaska/izlaska iz zgrade, nositi masku za lice ili medicinsku masku za cijelo vrijeme boravka na propisan način te održavati međusobni razmak od najmanje 2 metra.

Molimo stranke i sve treće osobe ukoliko imaju tjelesnu temperaturu 37,2°C i veću, simptome bolesti COVID-19 ili ste u samoizolaciji da ne ulaze u zgradu Instituta.

U slučaju potrebe osobnog informiranja o bolesti COVID-19, u nastavku su korisni telefonski brojevi Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (NZJZ) Splitsko-dalmatinske županije:

  • Dežurni epidemiolog:  091 151 2003, 095 300 3010;
  • Izdvojena ambulanta DZ SDŽ; Doverska 2, Split; 021 669-264 (24 sata dnevno)
