New official publication released: Sailing Directions, Adriatic Pilot – Croatian Coast available in English

The Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia (HHI) has published a new official nautical publication, Sailing Directions, Adriatic Pilot – Croatian Coast, 2026 Edition.

This marks the inaugural English edition of the Sailing Directions for the Croatian coast. It ensures that critical safety-of-navigation information for the Croatian sector of the Adriatic Sea is more readily accessible to international mariners, particularly vessels engaged in international voyages.

The publication provides comprehensive data concerning the coastline, fairways, ports, anchorages, meteorological and oceanographic characteristics, navigational hazards, as well as applicable regulations and recommendations essential for passage planning and safe execution of voyages.

Sailing Directions, Adriatic Pilot – Croatian Coast is designed to be used together with official navigational charts and other official nautical publications issued by the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia.

This new official publication represents a significant step forward in enhancing the availability of official hydrographic data, whilst contributing directly to the safety of navigation across the Croatian Adriatic.

The publication is available for purchase through authorised distributors of the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia.
