HHI signed a contract under the project “Charting of coastal and bottom marine habitats in the area of the Adriatic Sea under national jurisdiction”, financed through OPCC

By consent of the Government of the Republic of Croatia dated 29 September 2022, a subcontract worth HRK 10.857.050,00 (VAT excluded) was signed on 6 October 2022 between the Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries, Split (as Contracting Entity), represented by director D.Sc. Živana Ninčević Gladan, and the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia (as Contractor), represented by director Vinka Kolić. The subcontract shall be implemented as part of the service provided under the Contract for the “Service of charting coastal and bottom marine habitats in the coastal waters of Croatia and bottom marine habitats in the continental shelf of Croatia under the OPCC project “Charting of coastal and bottom marine habitats in the area of the Adriatic Sea under national jurisdiction” – Group 1: Service of charting the area of coastal waters, with a total value of HRK 56.195.000,00 (VAT excluded), concluded by the open procurement procedure between the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development (as Investor) and Joint Tenderers formed by: Oikon d.o.o. Zagreb; Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries, Split; Croatian Geological Survey, Zagreb; University of Zagreb; Faculty of Geodesy, Zagreb; Ruđer Bošković Institute, Zagreb.

Under this contract, the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia shall carry out the activities of acquisition and provision of data and creation of a digital elevation model of the Adriatic Sea.
