The meeting was attended by representatives of the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) Rear Admiral Luigi Sinapi, IHO Director, and via video link by Mr Yves Guillam, Assistant Director. The meeting was also attended by the HHI Director and staff members.

The meeting aimed to define the agenda in view of the challenges ahead of this largest hydrographic commission, especially in terms of implementation of the Universal Hydrographic Data Model S-100, as the basis for development of the IMO e-Navigation Concept. The HHI Director Vinka Kolić Bubić will manage the forthcoming 24th MBSHC Conference as the Chair.
