Posjet učenika srednje Pomorske škole - Split - HHI-ju

Dana 11. 02. 2020. godine Kartografski odjel, Nautički odjel i Muzej hidrografije posjetili su učenici prve godine srednje Pomorske škole iz Splita, ribarsko-nautički smjer u pratnji voditeljice prof. Marijane De Marchi.

Ovim posjetom nastavljena je praksa posjećivanja učenika srednjih škola Hrvatskom hidrografskom institutu, koja se njeguje dugi niz godina, a u svrhu terenske nastave i stručnog osposobljavanja.

Kao dio terenske nastave na temu izrade pomorskih karata u Kartografskom odjelu, učenici su s pozornošću pratili predavanje o procesu izrade pomorskih karata (papirnatih i elektroničkih), njihovoj objavi, umnožavanju i održavanju, a u Nautičkom odjelu upoznati su s djelokrugom rada koji omogućuje navigacijsku sigurnost plovidbe.

Učenici su posjetili i arhivsko-muzejski prostor te su kroz kratko predavanje saznali više o povijesnom razvoju hidrografske službe od prvih hidrografskih mjerenja do današnjih dana.

Kao uspomenu na ovaj posjet, HHI je učenicima poklonio primjerke pomorskih karata, a koje će im poslužiti za kvalitetno obavljanje stručnih vježbi iz njihovih stručnih premeta.
